  • Pre-Deployment Training – For Supervisor and Security Guards 22 days training shall be conducted as laid down in Private Security Agency Regulation Act 2005 which includes theory, physical and outside training.
  • On the Job Training– As the name suggests, it is a training of short duration of 10-15 minutes on a common/specific topic so as to refresh the employee on daily basis. The session will be given at the beginning of a shift by the supervisor as a supplement so as to enable the employees to perform the duties well.
  • Continual Lectures / Classes Refresher Training– The training of all operational staff on latest security concepts and ever changing security threats is being imparted regularly. It is a knowledge sharing session in the form of lectures, seminar, hand out etc. These are fortnightly/monthly activity. It intends to build, reinforce and refresh employee’s level of knowledge in specific areas. Here the selected topics are also discussed in detail.
  • Customized Training–This programme is developed for employees in order to address knowledge gaps, career goals and organizational/ customer driven needs. The training needs are indentified for all employees and client based on the identified requirements; an external training program is drawn for needs
